Passing ๐ธ Payday collects your salary. After resolving your tile you may build,
mortgage or trade, then end your turn.

Unowned: buy it at sticker price, or send it to auction (house rule) where anyone can grab it.
Owned: pay rent. A full color set doubles unbuilt rent (house rule), and houses multiply it brutally.
โด๏ธ Ports: rent 25/50/100/200 by ports owned. โก๐ง Utilities, rent is your dice roll ร4 (ร10 with both).
๐๏ธ Building: own the full set, then buy houses (evenly, house rule). Five houses become a ๐จ hotel.
๐ฆ Mortgage: pawn a property for half its price; lift it later for the same +10%.
๐ Prison
Sent by the ๐ฎ corner, a card, or three doubles. Get out with doubles (3 tries),
50 bail, or a ๐ชช pardon card. The third failed roll pays bail automatically.
๐ค Trades
Offer any mix of unbuilt properties and cash, any time. The other player accepts or
declines; everyone else gets to watch the robbery.
๐ฆ Premium Shark
Every stake, tax, fee and penalty at this table, slot and wheel money included,
piles into the shark's pool. Land on the ๐ฆ corner and you may TAKE the whole poolโฆ
but the next time you land there, the shark collects it back plus 5% interest,
before offering you whatever new pool has gathered. Borrow wisely.
๐ฉธ The Loan Shark's lifeline
Go broke and the loan shark slides you 500, once. Take it and go broke a
second time? No trial, no mortgage sale, no mercy: you're swimming with the fishies
(instant bankruptcy).
๐ธ Debt & bankruptcy
Can't pay? Mortgage and sell buildings until you can. If your whole empire can't
cover it, you're bankrupt; your cash goes to the creditor, your properties return
to the market for anyone to buy, and you stay as a spectator.
๐ Lucky Draw twist
This table runs hot: the entire top and bottom rows are casino floor. The side rows
hold the gambling district's shops, card halls ๐, the racetrack ๐, lotto counters ๐๏ธ
and the big casinos ๐. Same prices and rents, shadier landlords. Four ๐ณ๏ธ cruise
ships anchor the middle of each side (rent climbs 25/50/100/200 the more you own),
and the house's own services, neon, fountains, valet, free drinks, pay dice ร
4/10/20/40 as you collect all four.

next salary day (even if you land on Payday directly), loan-shark hospital fees,
